Exam Sprinter (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an Android learning app that helps students and aspirants in India prepare for competitive exams using personalised mock tests, spaced repetition, and AI-powered doubt solving.
Exam Sprinter is operated by SAIVEN (proprietorship), an independent developer based in India. Registered Address: Delhi, India.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data when you use Exam Sprinter, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and other applicable Indian laws.
1. Scope & Applicability
This policy applies to all users of the Exam Sprinter mobile application, website, and related services, wherever they are located, as long as we process their personal data in digital form.
2. Information We Collect
We only access basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) through Google Sign-In and do not access your contacts, Google Drive, or any other personal data from your Google account.
Ads displayed in the app may be personalized based on limited device signals provided by Google, or may be shown as non-personalized ads depending on your device settings and applicable consent requirements.
2A. Tracking Technologies
We use third-party SDKs such as Firebase and Google AdMob that function similarly to cookies to collect usage data, device information, and interaction signals for analytics, performance monitoring, security, and advertising purposes.

- To manage subscriptions
- To improve app security, detect misuse, abuse, or unfair practices (including automated scraping or exam-cheating attempts), and fix bugs
4. Legal Basis & Consent Under DPDP Act
Under the DPDP Act, we process your personal data mainly on the basis of your consent and for certain legitimate purposes permitted by law (such as fraud prevention, network security, and compliance with legal obligations).
- Consent: When you first sign in to Exam Sprinter, we present a clear privacy notice and request your consent for processing your personal data. By continuing to use the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
- Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw consent at any time from the in-app Settings or by emailing us. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out, but may limit some features.
- Legitimate Uses: Even if you withdraw consent, we may retain and process limited data for legal compliance, fraud detection, billing disputes, and security purposes as allowed by law.
5. Your Rights
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right to Access: Obtain a summary of your personal data that we process.
- Right to Correction: Request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Right to Withdrawal: Withdraw your consent for further processing at any time.
- Right to Grievance Redressal: Lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer if you are dissatisfied with our response.

6. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
We rely on trusted third-party service providers (data processors) to run Exam Sprinter. They are contractually bound to process your data only on our instructions, implement appropriate security measures, and not sell your data:
- Google Firebase: Authentication, analytics, crash reporting, device telemetry.
- Supabase: Secure storage of learning logs, spaced-repetition data, and subscription metadata.
- Google Gemini: AI-powered question generation and doubt solving. Queries are processed ephemerally.
- Google AdMob: In-app advertisements for non-premium users.
- Google Play Billing: Subscription and payment processing for Ranker’s Pass.
7. Data Safety Disclosures
We complete and maintain the Google Play Store “Data Safety” form to accurately describe how Exam Sprinter collects, uses, and shares user data. We encrypt data in transit using HTTPS, support account deletion from within the app, and do not sell your data to third parties.
