These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Exam Sprinter mobile application, website, and related services (“Exam Sprinter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Exam Sprinter is operated by SAIVEN (proprietorship), an independent developer based in India. Registered Address: Delhi, India.

By using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security, including passwords and access credentials.
• You must provide accurate profile details during sign-in.

3. License

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Exam Sprinter for your personal, non-commercial educational preparation.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Using any cheating tools, automated bots, or unfair practices during mocks.
• Scraping, copying, or bulk extracting question banks, notes, or solutions.
• Misusing the doubt chatbot, submitting abusive queries, or attempting to compromise app security.

5. AI Features and Content

• AI outputs (such as doubt explanations and generated questions) may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.
• You should independently verify critical concepts and official exam syllabus guidelines.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions or study outcomes based on AI-generated suggestions.

6. Service Changes & Subscriptions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, question bank, or service at any time. Subscriptions to the Ranker’s Pass are handled securely via Google Play Billing. Refunds and billing inquiries are subject to Google Play Policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SAIVEN or Exam Sprinter be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, including any reliance on educational content, mock ratings, or AI answers.
